This is a beautiful property in North Weymouth, a astreet off of bridge street in between the Hingham Shipyard and the Four River Bridge. We have access to on site washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher(YAY!) Also has access to public transportation right on the corner of the street (about a 2 minute walk). The back yard is very nice with 4 flower beds that you are more than welcome to use. There is access to a beautiful front deck on our floor with two Adirondack chairs. Trash and recycling pickup every friday. Electricity, heat and wifi will be split between the two tenants. NO SMOKING. Must have personal reference. First and last months rent as well as security deposit required.

I have lived here since the beginning of april originally from Scituate MA and I am absolutely in love with this property, I work full time as a manager in Norwell, I am a very easy going roomate, I love to cook and enjoy good company. I go to the beach as much as possible (only a 20 min walk from the house). I do own two guinea pigs (snoopy and woodstock) that live in my room.
