Seeking two housemates for lease starting September 1, 2019, through May 15, 2020. There are two cozy, carpeted bedrooms. Both are unfurnished. Each has a built in closet and floor to ceiling windows. One bedroom is substantially larger with more closet space and additional windows. Shared common areas include a spacious living room/dining area, an area off the dining room that functions as an office, as well as a large kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, and ample storage. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Plentiful storage space in hall closets and in the laundry room. Beautiful front yard and fenced backyard with patio and garden. There’s a shed for bicycles in the backyard. There is a 3 car driveway and ample street parking. Cute bathroom with shower/tub and natural light is shared by 3 housemates. Ranch style home, located in a very quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the heart of downtown Princeton. Quick access to 27 and route 1, plenty of shopping in all directions. Wonderful area for those who want to be secluded in nature with conveinence of access to the needs of everyday life.

Current residents are mid-twenties, an environmental scientist and a professional costume designer. We like to have friends over and have a low-key shindig once in a while. Sometimes we eat together if we can, but our schedules are constantly in flux. We keep a clean house, and expect all housemates to pitch in. We like to have brief house meetings every so often to discuss shared chores, maintenance, spaces, concerns, etc. It’s also just a nice time to catch up with each other! Chores and maintenance (including cleaning of communal spaces, trash and recycling, yard and garden care, and snow removal) will be shared. The ideal resident would enjoy being part of a diverse, progressive, supportive, and respectful household. We love to cook and share music. We are early risers and we often go to sleep early. We are looking for someone who wants to connect with fellow young professionals and also understands needing time to oneself.
