About the room
The room is furnished for your convenience with a queen size bed, a nightstand, a mirror, and a bookshelf. It also has a ceiling fan with a light. The rent includes all the utilities plus Fios Wifi and access to driveway parking.
The house is a 5 minute drive to Biola University, a 10 minute drive to Whittier College, and a 20 minute drive to Fullerton College and Rio Hondo College. The Whittwood Shopping Center is only a 5 minute drive from the house.
About the roomies
Currently my mother a dental assistant is in one room and the second room is being rented to a working professional female. I am away at law school and will only be in the house during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and spring break. When I am home I will share a room with my mother. Lastly, we have two cute outside dogs in our backyard.
