ooking for a roommate for my 3 bedroom house. It’s a great size room, 11’ by 15’ with 2 closets and it’s own large full bathroom. It’s on the third floor of a townhouse in a great, safe neighborhood called Harbor Walk.
Location. It’s just off Shore Drive near East Beach. This means easy access to freeways and the tunnel, on the border of VAB and Norfolk, close to town center and Navy bases, and the beach.
Place. Community pool and kayak docks, small gym and walking path. Very safe small community. In the house we have laundry, gas range, furnished living room, multi floor separate HVAC, you’ll get an extra storage closet down stairs (plus 2 in your room), internet, a deck with a smoker, drive way, just ask any other Qs
Roommates. We are looking for someone that is like minded and in a like professional place. Male or female, we’ve both had roommates of both genders and both of us have brothers and sisters. We are 29 and 32 guys, both work full time at Norfolk and Little Creek bases. College and graduate school grads. We golf hunt fish run watch football and travel a lot. We keep the house very clean and take it easy during the week.
Lease. 6 month lease then month to month. Available October 1st. 850
