Room available for rent in a beautiful new home located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is located about 15 minutes away from all the main Houston areas (Medical Center, University of Houston, Downtown, Galleria, Hobby Airport, etc.) and the room is fully furnished.

All utilities are included and a minimum 9-month term is required with 12-months being the preference.

Potential roommate should be a responsible individual that is clean and easy going. Stable employment history and income of at least 3x rent is required. Background, credit, and employment checks will also be required/conducted. Some flexibility will be allowed within reason.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful (standard middle-class). Pearland Town Center is 5 minutes away for all shopping needs and there is also a 1-mile trail around the community pond that is a a block away (for those who enjoy jogging/walking).

Homeowner is a 32-year old finance professional, easy going, likes to keep the place clean, and works partially from home (the other days from the office).
