College Avenue

We have a room for rent in a spacious four-bedroom house. It is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood, walking distance to La Sierra University, ten minutes to Tyler Mall and Kaiser. Rent includes Utilities, Internet, Kitchen privileges, Washer and Dryer, and access to the pool, spa and patio. This rooms overlooks the pool and shares a bathroom with one other tenant.

Two persons living in the house, one is leaving at the end of the month, so we will have space for a third person.
