-The townhouse is 2 stories with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. We have in-unit laundry, private patio, walk-in storage closet (downstairs), outdoor storage closet, and dishwasher.Good street/visitor parking with access to the neighborhood pool.
-The Master bedroom is available with the a full wall-mirrored closet. Rent for the room is $1100 and includes full exclusive access to carport.
-Utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet) are not included but are split between the roommates and go for around $30-$40 a month -10 minute drive to UC Irvine
