Seeking a professional women to rent the basement of my townhouse (bedroom, living room, and half bath) in Shepherdstown, WV. Rent is $550/month. The neighborhood is minutes away from Shepherd University, National Conservation Training Center, Scenic Potomac River and the C&O Canal. Also an easy commute to Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Winchester and Washington and Frederick Counties in Maryland and Loudoun County, VA. No smoking is permitted in the house and pets are prohibited. Room is available immediately. Share of the kitchen, full bath, and washer/dryer. Room may be furnished with TV and bed or unfurnished — $ 550 deposit and first months rent. Serious inquiries only.
About the roomies
It’s just me and my 15-year-old son who stays in his room or game room most of the time. Prefer someone that stays to themselves.
