About the room

Located in N. Agate Beach in a one story ranch, 2 blocks from the Pacific. Neighborhood hiking trails down to the beach as well as up to Yaquina Head. The available room is on the other end of the house from the main ensuite, giving you privacy. Conveniently, the bathroom is next to the bedroom. Laundry is right off the kitchen. Gas fireplace keeps the shared living room cozy, and the WiFi is included. You’ll need that to control the SleepNumber adjustable bed. Smoking outside ok, 420 inside. I don’t drink but don’t care if you do.

About the roomies

Single liberal Gen X hippy stoner woman hoping for someone chill. I’m joined by 3 indoor/outdoor cats and 2 goofy dogs. I’m (mostly) retired from a creative career, and have an art studio in the bedroom next to “yours”. The house definitely reflects that. I’m a bit messy, but very clean.
