North Twin Oaks Valley Road

Im looking to fill a room in an apartment off twin oaks in San Marcos. We are 5 minutes from Cal State San Marcos and Palomar. The room would share a bathroom with one other girl and have garage parking. I currently stay in the master with my girlfriend which has its own bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. Must have a job and be able to show income as we would add you to the lease. Rooms are available on the 1st of April and the lease ends in January 2021. Utilities are split equally among residents. Every one works full time so we are pretty busy looking for clean roommates! There is a pool and gym on site. We currently have WIFI $30 per month per person. utilities are not included but usually are about 30 a person per month.

The two girls work in the restaurant industry and I work for Davey tree company. We are looking for clean roommates. The kitchen is stalked with appliances and pans, plates ect and living room is fully furnished.
