Room for rent in our 2 bed 2 bath home located in Altamonte Springs off of 436. Minutes away from 434, I-4, shopping is in close proximity. Lynx bus picks-up right outside of the apartment complex. You will be sharing the home with my fiance and myself. We are young professionals seeking to find a clean, quiet, well-mannered professional or student to share our home with. No couples. No overnight guests(at our discretion). No criminal background. Cannot work from home, salary verification will be required via paystubs. No pets, but must be cat-friendly (we have a cat). First and last month’s rent is required to move in, this is your deposit. All utilities will be split equally, price varies depending on the individual’s usage. Utilities include electricity, water, and valet trash. The office requires a $75 non-refundable fee for application/criminal background to move in.

I am a young professional who works in the healthcare field, I work a typical 9-5 workweek and have weekends off. I use weekends to catch up on things at home and/or find something to occupy my time. My fiance is reserved, but the nicest person you will meet. He owns his own business so he doesn’t have a set schedule. He is big on fishing, dirtbikes, and video games. We are CLEAN (and emphasize the clean because we seek the same characteristic in our future roommate), we are completely okay with sharing all of the common spaces, as long as it is used with respect, and also respect each other’s privacy when asked. We are super laid back, and do not meddle into other’s lives, and hope to find someone that can respect that.
