A working professional looking for a roommate to share a house in the safe upscale Lake Hills neighborhood in Riverside. The house has most if not all new appliances (fridge, microwave, washer, dryer). The renter has full access to the kitchen and laundry room as long as everything is kept clean.
The home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. The tenant would have her own bedroom and share a large size double sinks bathroom with another roommate. The room is currently unfurnished but could be partially furnished for an additional $50 month if tenant is wanting furnishings.
The rent plus 1/3 of utilities.
The renter must be: a female, working professional/full time job or student, responsible, respectful, and clean/tidy. No parties, drugs, or smoking. No pets please.
It is close to La Sierra University, California Baptist University, and RCC.
