About the room
You will have your own room and private bathroom. Its a great location within walking distance of the gym, Target, Albertsons, Home Depot and a lot more. Theres a great cafe and a Sprouts right around the corner. On site Laundry, Pool and Jacuzzi. Theres extra storage space decent sized kitchen and livingroom. Bills will be split but tend to be fairly low. Also if you need, I have an extra 10“ double foam mattress, a platform for it is only $70.
