I am moving out of country and would like someone to take over my lease. The lease ends July 2020. I have a chill roommate who is barely home as he works a lot. You will have your own bathroom, pretty much the kitchen to yourself as my roommate doesn’t cook, he is also in his room all the time he is home so you will have the living room also to yourself. Interested parties will have to go through the leasing office with required docs and satisfactory requirements e.g. income. Utilities can add up to about $85 a month, this is shared equally with my roommate and its automatically added to the rent by management. Other things such as electricity and internet will be discussed between you and my current roommate.

Read description. Apartment will only have one roommate after I move. He is very chill and is never at home. Everyone cleans after themselves. He is hoping to get a good roommate who is clean, respectful and responsible.
