This is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home in a quiet Chattanooga neighborhood, 14 minutes from UT campus and very close to the airport. Newly remodeled, great appliances, use of washer/dryer included. Bed linens furnished. Utilities included. Wifi will be installed when we move in. Parking on the street very close to front door. $750 for a regular bedroom, but I the master bedroom with a private half bath is available for $800. Owner is willing to take a smaller bedroom.

Prefer mature folks. The house is a duplex and a family lives in the other half, so no loud music or parties. Everyone is responsible for their own cleaning and laundry, but a cleaning service is available at at shared expense of $25 each,if all agree.
