34/f with a 5yr old daughter and service dog. I’m going through a divorce and funding is limited so seeking a roommate. Both kid and dog are extremely well behaved. Dog says hello and leaves you alone. Daughter isn’t the bouncy hyper active type :) we have set routines and stick to them. Typically not home much during the day. We are very clean, home is clutter free, always smells fresh.
