A house in Middlebrook Community in the clear lake area, just minutes from UHCL. I have 2 unfurnished bedrooms available for choosing, $700 each room plus share of utilities (Gas, Electric and Cable-Internet). One spot in the driveway and one on the garage available to park. Front yard, back yard, utility room with full washer/dryer inside and all other space will be share except for private bedrooms. Note, I have two dogs that are mostly on the backyard when I am not around.

I am looking for two no smoking or drugs user roommates, moderate drinking is fine without the drama, clean-tidy people only. I am a quite 27 years old male, who like sports and hang out with friends once or twice per week at the house to play board/video games.
