The room is available. The apartment is located on the second floor in a quiet community. It is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, and laundry is available at the premise. The room has a twin-size bed, which is a private room. The whole apartment is furnished, including the rented room. The community is centrally located in the medical district close to VA, UM, and Jackson’s hospitals. Not far from Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and Mount Sinai Medical Center (Miami Beach). Very close to downtown, brickle, and i95 highway. The rent is $950 /month (includes internet, water, electricity, and a parking spot). There is a $500 deposit.

My current roommate and I are friendly and easy going people. We both work at the UM Hospital/University. I myself enjoy relaxing and going out during the weekends. I have a cat and a bird, and I take very good care of them, as well as my apartment. I like to have my apartment clean and organized. We are looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful and neat. No more pets, smoking, alcohol, or drugs.
