Youll have the master suite in a 2B2B downstairs apartment. Rent for the master, your room is $1600.
The apartment is located in The Havens community and walking distance from Mile Square Park and many other restaurants and shops.
You’ll be joining myself on the primary lease with a sublease addendum. I moved in mid April.
Internet is $50, SCE should be anywhere from 60-120, and trash/ other stuff should be no more then $30. We’ll split utilities 50/50.
Credit score must be over 650 and income 3x rent.
Im a 31 year old laid back and outdoorsy guy. I enjoy the occasional outdoor trip to backpack or rock climb, train MMA (grappling and striking), interested in archery, enjoy horseback riding, and I’m an engineer by trade.
I’m looking to be friends with my roommate, find someone clean who doesn’t leave dishes or food in the sink (even crumbs in the sink will attract bugs), and ideally share common interests. I also have a dog- she doesnt get along with most other dogs and im allergic to cats :(. So unfortunately no other dogs or cats here, however, if you have a parrot, rat, reptile, etc feel free.
Im not into parties at this point, but feel free to have folks over as long as we both let the other know ahead of time.
