Shared bath/ living area/ kitchen/ laundry. $600 per month. Utilities extra and shared equally among roommates ( about$150 month). $600 deposit required. Room is furnished with basics but items could be removed if not needed. St. Pete/ Eagle Crest area. Conveniently located house is 2 miles from beach, 2 miles to Tyrone Mall, 1 mile to Pinellas Trail and 5 miles to downtown St. Pete. Close to several bus lines and stores/restaurants. You must have a regular local job with income that can be verified and be willing to provide references and/or submit to a background check. No smoking inside the house. No pets. No illegal activity. No heavy drinking/partying. You would be expected to contribute to the cleaning and care of the common areas of the house.

Your roommates would be an early 40’s female with a 7 year old daughter (part time), a late 20’s male, and a lazy cat (who you could ignore or love). Both roommates work full time.
