There is a inground pool a covered patio with grill,fridge,tv and furniture. Full use of entire house and pool, all utilities included . I’m kinda a homebody, I am 50 years old looking for somebody 35 -50 , not heavy partyers, I do drink but not looking for a college atmosphere. Recently separated along with my 3 dogs. That I miss dearly.(dogs welcomed.) I love to cook and grill , I smoke but only outside . I can not stand clutter, a clean responsible person is required. I spend most of my time out doors enjoying the pool and Sun.
