Halsted Street

Looking for a roomate, preferably student and 24 and younger (male/female no preference). There are so far 2 of us, all students at CSUN. 1 girl: 20 years old , and 1 boy 20 years old. We have a two bedroom two bathroom apartment we are leasing starting the 10th of August which is our move in date. Asking $650 a month for 10-12 months PLUS utilities (est. $25-$50 MAX) , we need the first months rent by the 10th when you move in, or by move in day. We are on Reseda at Legacy Apartments. Need roomate ASAP due to soon move in date. Message me with serious inquiries. 1 private parking spot available if you have a car (+$50 for clicker you’d pay when you move in to manager) (First month rent is $440 + $230 for security deposit so total would be $670 and every month after that is $650 + utilities we split a month)
