The room sits on the edge of University City Southwest across from a huge park and 4 blocks away from historic Clark Park (map it) and ACCESSIBLE to everything and everywhere!

I’m seeking an APPRECIATIVE PERSON. No drama. No stress. No smoking! 🚫 NOT “cannabis” or any kind of smoke friendly.

Walking distance to historic Clark Park & University of Sciences. Biking distance to University of PENN, HUP, CHOP, Veterans Hospital & Drexel. 10 minutes from Center City (MAP it!). #13 trolley and regional rail within 2 blocks. Laundromat within 2 blocks. Close to Schuylkill Banks jogging path too. So I’m seeking someone who needs to be in THIS area not just someone seeking an inexpensive place to stay.

The University City Historic Society recently informed me that the row house is from 1892 (130 years) and NOT 1940 as I originally thought. CLEAN-OUT 100% completed. Painting & TLC 💕 has begun (paint, small repairs, etc.) after many years of neglect.
