Looking for a roommate to move in ASAP to 1 bdrm of a 2 bdrm apartment. The room is unfurnished but spacious with walk-in closet and attached private bathroom. Internet and electricity are paid separately and are split evenly. Internet is $25/month and electricity ranges between $35-$45/month.

Rent is due on or before the 1st every month. Rent is $541 (some utilities not included, see below). Must be pet friendly as I have a rather vocal, but sweet cat. Prefer young professional roommate. No students, children, or additional pets.
