We are typically home only during the times we sleep and get ready for work. I have 2 rooms empty and would love to fill with the right persons/couple (easy going, layed back, stable work history and/or school, clean and helpful with house duties, etc.). $700 +$100 for utilities a single person totaling $800 ($1000 for couple+$100 for utilities totaling $1100) to rent which includes ALL basic utilities that DO NOT exceed a 1/3 increase (you are responsible for your own internet and TV). FULL access to kitchen and laundry as we are looking to “Share” our home rather than just room as long as you clean up after yourself. Temporary stay is also ok.
