About the room
The common area is fully furnished and I could furnish the bedroom if needed! There is a balcony, walk-in closet, garage parking and a gym and pool on site. Also, it is across the street from Centennial Park and less than 3 miles from downtown Nashville!
About the roomies
I am the only other roommate. I am really laid back and currently in grad school. I like to go out and try new restaurants, breweries, and live music. I do have 2 cats with me, but they are incredibly sweet! I also keep a really clean common area and am sure to clean up behind them regularly.
