Description: This is a nice, fully furnished single family home with all utilities, including internet, included. The housemate will have a private master suite (attached full bathroom) with king size bed on the bottom floor of the house. Additionally, the housemate will have primary access to the downstairs living space (TV, couch, wet bar, workspace, 1/2 bathroom) and shared access to the kitchen; there are pictures of each posted. The housemate will have their own dedicated refrigerator in the garage by the kitchen and also there is a fridge in the downstairs den. Parking is available in front of the house.

Included Amenities: Wifi with high speed internet, house cleaning every two weeks, lawn service, fully furnished, free uncovered parking by street (gravel drive off-street), fenced-in back yard, short walk to downtown Bothell and UW Bothell campus. For those headed to UW Seattle, there is quick access to the Burke-Gilman trail for biking or take bus 372.

The situation: This home belongs to two UW Bothell professors who are going to be out of the country for a 1-year period. During that time their adult daughter will be living in the home. The adult daughter is a college graduate and is currently job seeking and working full time. The home is rather large for a single person, so we are looking to find a housemate to share the space.

Type of housemate sought: We are looking for a single female professional, ideally a college graduate, or a graduate student; perhaps someone who is in the area temporarily (as part of a residency program or an internship) or someone who wants to rent while they get to know the area before committing to long-term housing. Someone compatible with our adult daughter and who will be a responsible and respectful housemate is a primary concern. Also, this is our home, so we are seeking a responsible adult who will respect our property and treat it with care.
