Looking for someone to share a 2bd/2ba apartment off San Marcos Blvd, very close to CSUSM. You would have your own room and bathroom, a dog or cat is welcome under 15lbs (unless you have an ESA certificate). Would like to live with a student or working professional age 21-45 ideal for college student going to CSUSM or Miracosta less than 2 miles away from both. There is a pool, onsite gym and dog park for your furry friend. Need to find someone that is respectful, pays bills on time. Move in date would be 9/21 but could accommodate until 10/1. Must be able to sign 12 mo lease. MUST PAY BILLS ON TIME. Utilities would range $50-$75/mo for internet+electricity+gas&water.

About me- Working accountant in Carlsbad, I am 34 and very clean. Will be sharing this unit with myself and my girlfriend. I don’t party or stay up late. Would like someone that is respectful and does not bring the party home.
