I’m moving into a lovely 2 bedroom townhouse in Canton and looking for a roommate to sublet (short or long-term) the other bedroom. There’s a finished basement so plenty of storage, and a washer and dryer. The complex is near the freeway. There’s parks nearby, a dogs are allowed and in a nice quiet neighborhood with lawns and trees. Great for a mature and clean person, students or professionals, and would prefer female. The rent is $600 per month with all the utilities included. Instead of a security deposit asking for first and last months rent.
