I’m trying to sublease a furnished bedroom in the Edge Merrimack apartments to a girl. Easy access to UMASS and downtown .Conveniently located just one mile from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. You will need to be approved by the apartment office.. and then you can sublease the room! The Washer/dryer in unit. Included with room has a desk/chair, Dresser and bed. The electricity bill is not included with rent. Lease runs till August 2020 Message me for more details! The rent will be $775+$14 Mandatory renters insurance if you don’t have ur own already+ the electricity bill. Cheapest rent for this floor plan! It’s now $950 if you sign a different lease!
About the roomies
4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms.. one of the other girl moved out recently.. you would share a shower with one roommate but have your own vanity. They’re all females .. the room next to mine she recently moved out.. the other two roommates they’re barely home and when they are usually in their rooms or in the kitchen cooking
