Recently remodled, with French doors, book shelves, all new windows, etc. Coffee shops, bookstores, shopping, and restaurants on Frankfort Ave. (Kroger and CVS and Brownsboro Rd.) are all walking distance, which is esp. nice during Trolley Hop Fridays. Bingham park, with it’s ever present obelisk fountain, is the next street over, for exercise, meditation, etc. Breslin park with walking track and fountains, is a 3 minute drive. Waterfront Park for jogging and free concerts once a month is 5 minutes away. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom requires your own, however.

There is a huge backyard for your use as well…with fire pit, wooden privacy fence, garden, and picnic table for entertaining of your guests as well. This space is super quiet and peaceful and even on a quiet little street.

Super nice bathroom upstairs, with waterfall shower in the ceiling, double carved cobblestone sinks, and mosaics throughout. The available bedroom is upstairs and the main living area and kitchen is downstairs, specifically designed that way for a relaxing and undisturbed sleep. Same for the laundry area, which is in the basement, should you ever need to have laundry going in the middle of the night.
