I am currently in search of a roommate in the North Oak Park neighborhood. This is an up and coming area with small business and restaurants you can walk to from this house. The space is a 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex occupying the lower unit. Includes a beautiful shaded backyard with plenty of space to lounge around and bbq. The house is very charming and has personality. Hardwood floors, has a multi-split AC system, heat, washer/dryer with a spacious porch patio.
A little about the space and what I am looking for; this house is a sanctuary for health consciousness and wellbeing. This is not a party house. It is a place for personal growth and development where you can call home. Well lit room with two windows 10.5x12.5 room.

It is a place for personal growth and development where you can call home. I have a very active schedule with several jobs that keep me busy. This residence is clean, tidy and well kept. In search of someone who picks ups and puts things away after use as well as cleans throughout the week to keep the house in order is a must, respects personal space and boundaries.

Lastly, you absolutely must be a dog lover. I have two chocolate labs, both females (mother & daughter) they are absolutely the best dogs you have ever met (I have dog references that can prove it 😉). Both are extremely well trained and obey commands. . They are not needy for attention and they pretty much do their own thing when at the house.
