A two room space that includes the master bedroom, bathroom and the living room. This house is located near Sugarloaf Pkwy and 316, with easy access to I85. Leases are 90 days and then month-to-month. We handle all lawn care! Common areas are furnished. Private spaces are unfurnished. This house has high speed internet with wifi. Utilities are divided by 3 and are not included in the $600 monthly rent.

Our fantastic residents are the key to our success and we have those residents because we are highly selective. Prospective housemates must have a clean criminal background, good housing history, verifiable income and excellent references. We run criminal background checks, eviction reports, full credit reports and check references on all applicants. Deposits are $300 for prospects with a credit score over 650. Prospects with lesser credit scores may be accepted (if other things check out) with a $600 deposit.

We are a family business since 2002, incorporated since 2010, and we have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Currently there are two female professionals in the other two spaces. At Aboost our houses have multiple renters and the initial term is ninety days and only a thirty day notice is needed for move out. We do credit, eviction and criminal background checks for the safety and security of all our residents and ourselves.
