I’m the owner looking to rent one room in my 3 bedroom, one story house! The female who lives here is only here part time because of her job requirements. We are both fun, easy going and friendly. Very quiet and safe cul-de-sac street. If you have a female friend who wants to share the room with you, I am open to that for a slightly higher fee.
