This gorgeous 5-bedroom and 2,5-bathroom house is within a short driving distance to several shops and restaurants. From the White Plains train station you can easily use Metro North to get into Manhattan within 35 minutes. The house is located in a very safe area of White Plains. The new deck and our backyard make our house even more stunning. Lawn service is provided by the landlord. You will be welcome to use the appliances in the kitchen and furnished living room, the washing machine and dryer in the spacious basement, our driveway, and storage space.

You have a choice of two rooms. One available room comes with its own A/C-unit, plus all of the rooms are connected to the forced-air cooling/heating system. This room is located on the second floor. It has a wall to wall carpet and a convenient closet. The windows towards the backyard and the freshly painted walls brighten it nicely. The other available and very spacious room is on the first floor. This room has a wall to wall carpet as well. Additionally, it has a separate entrance to our house. There is a lot of storage space in this house, so that you can store all you might want to bring. You are welcome to provide your own furnishings for your room but could also take over some furniture from our current house mate.

You can move in this September 1 for $1,200/month with a $1,200 deposit. Utilities typically run around $100-$150 per month and per person (this includes electricity, heat, water, and internet).

We are three easy-going, female teachers seeking an open minded, clean, and respectful roommate to live with us in our fantastic 5-bedroom house in White Plains. We are 30/31 and would like to share the space with a female working professional or full-time student. If you feel like it, we would also be happy to hang out from time to time. Our job asks for most of our time but it would be nice to get to know you.
