West 155th Street

We live in a quiet cul de sac with great neighbors. Our house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. You would be sharing a bath with one other person but not with us. The tub has jets. The room shows two beds but its for a single person so, only one bed will be kept and the other we will remove it. We have a luscious green backyard with a jacuzzi, hammock, fire pit and fountain making the best place to relax. If you like gardening you can go to town with our veggie patch and make it your pride and joy. There’s usually good safe street parking. We are close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and 2 major schools Dominguez Hills and El Camino College so its an easy commute if you are a student. We are also at the intersection of major freeways 110, 91, 405 and 105. Plus, we are only 15 minutes from the beach which usually means we enjoy a nice breeze and only 20 minutes from LAX.

We are a married couple. The husband is a soccer coach and the wife a furniture designer and chef. We love to travel and take road trips often. We have 3 adopted shih tzus so you must love dogs. We keep a clean and organized home as well as smoke and drug free environment and would like to find someone that has the same clean lifestyle. No smoking or drug users (including marihuana) will be considered. Ideally we would like to find someone that has a stable job or is a student that will be busy with their own life and wants to come home to a peaceful and quiet environment.
