Come live in a spacious, clean and comfortable 2005 single-family home in Riverbend, north west San Antonio. Close to UTSA, USAA, The Rim, etc. and with easy airport & downtown access.
FULLY FURNISHED, PRIVATE BATHROOM: $800.00/month. This room is fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, drawers, and lamp. It is on the ground floor and has a bathroom with a brand-new toilet directly across from it for your sole use.
NON-FURNISHED, SHARED BATHROOM: $650.00/month. There is also an unfurnished room available with a shared bathroom with 1 other person, for $650.00/month.
You will have shared access to two spacious living rooms, kitchen, TV/video games room, etc. We are friendly people so there will be other people around from time to time, however in general it will be a clean, quiet, accommodating place to live.
I do not mind who you are or what your background is, however I am personally a Christian guy and have a couple ‘house rules’ that I would like to be respected.
