Room available in Sandy Springs in a 3BR/2BA apartment! Room is spacious, (larger of the two non-masters), been kept very clean, has a walk-in closet, and two big windows looking out into the nice wooded area behind the building - it’s very relaxing and private! We have our own washer/dryer as well. Bathroom would be shared with 1 roommate. The apartment complex is quiet and safe, with mostly families living here. It has very nice amenities, including a new pool and gym. It also has good lounging and grilling spots around the pool, all recently renovated.

The apartment complex itself is located in northern Sandy Springs, about a 5 minute drive from the North Springs station. It’s right off of Roswell and the 400, so commuting is very easy. It’s also located on a fairly private street so only residents would be going in and out, which is a nice bonus! About 3 Publix’s nearby, each ~5 min away; 5-10 minute drive from Perimeter mall and central sandy springs! *Apologies for having all my things in the pictures! The room will be unfurnished. I’ve just started the moving process, but at least you can get a good idea of the space once furnished 😄

I’ve lived here with my two friends for the last year, however, I will be unable to stay for this next year. My roommates are Katie, she/her, 26, and Ahbee, they/them, 24. They are very easy people to get along with, neat, and considerate of shared spaces. Both work fairly regular 9-5 jobs. We do have 2 cats, Merlin and Turner, who are both very friendly and well-behaved boys. Roommate candidate must be LGBT friendly!!
