Private furnished bedroom with mirrored closet, comfortable convertible queen size futon, dresser, ceiling fan, lamps, etc, 45 inch HD 3D TV. Unfortunately, I cannot store the futon, so cannot accommodate an additional bed. The futon is super comfortable with a 3 inch memory foam topper and is convertible from couch to queen bed. Lovely large slider window with blinds. Private 4 pc bath right across the hall. Walk to shopping, restaurants, walking paths, etc. Close to 5 and 405 freeway. About myself. I am an RN who works part time one week on, one week off. I have a very friendly, well behaved mid sized Shepherd mix female dog who is very well behaved and loves people. I live with only my dog, Cali. She is well trained, older, mid sized female shepherd mix who loves people and isn’t a barker unless the mailman or delivery comes to the door. I am an honest, clean single mature female RN who works one week on and one week off. I keep the house clean, neat and tidy. I enjoy having a glass of wine, watching the pond while sitting on the patio. I enjoy movies, music, nature , animals and road trips. I enjoy privacy and respect others need for privacy.
