I live in a quiet area off of main Street I’m walking distance from the historic downtown Jonesboro area where events are held. I’m close to 2 parks a small one by Suder Elm and Lee St Park. The room is unfurnished besides the air mattress and chess drawer. It has a closet. The hallway restroom is yours (it will be repainted because my last roommate liked showers from hell so the paint needs to be touched up a little.) The house technically has 2 living rooms so if you want to set up your own entertainment area you can do so. I don’t really buy groceries so you will have plenty of space for your food. I prefer someone with their own transportation but it’s not a must. Pls have a stable job I cannot stress this enough. I am 420 friendly however cigarettes CANNOT be smoked in the house according to my lease but you can smoke out on the porch or indoor porch.

Im pretty chill and laid back. You will find that I sleep most of the day (I work nights) if I’m not sleep I’m out trying to keep busy. I have 2 little ones a 8 year old and a 4 yr old and a small dog. They are kids but behaved kids. The dog normally only sits in the patio he has claimed it as his room but he’s friendly.
