Charming 1920’s building, just blocks from Broadway & an easy walk to downtown. Located in a convenient neighborhood with restaurants, shops & parks nearby. Top floor, corner unit with updated appliances. I am looking for a somewhat outgoing, but mature LGBTQ or LGBTQ friendly, responsible roommate to share the apartment with. My amazing, and current roommate is moving out in the middle of August to move in with her boyfriend, so I am looking for another amazing roommate to take over her room. This unit features: 2 bedroom 1 bath Corner Unit Hardwood floors Unique styling Lots of space Laundry in the building Unfurnished Private Room Fully Furnished Living Room (but we can negotiate if you have living room furniture you would like to bring)

To Move in: Must have decent credit and submit a application(which is 40 dollars). Deposit: There might be a small deposit of $300-500 dollars, but my landlord will determine this depending on your credit and rental history 1st Month Rent: $1, 167.50 (water, sewer, and garbage are included in this rent).

Monthly Bills: Electricity is 22 -30 dollars every 2months (which will be divided by the two us). Internet is 60 dollars per person.

A little about me: I am a mixed race male, who is a native of Seattle, WA. I work as a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant for a well known Class-Action, Environmental, Civil and Human Rights law firm (Monday-Friday). I also keep a fun part-time gig at Nordstrom in Downtown Seattle. I keep an active social life by working, traveling, or going out to dinners/brunches, with close family and friends. I am pretty easy-going, but also responsible.
