I am offering a quiet bedroom for rent in a 4Br/2Bath home. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood called the Shingle Creek Reserves. It is a subdivision within the The Oaks community. It is 5 min away from grocery stores, gas station, and local shops and restaurants. It is about 15 min drive from Osceola Regional Medical Center and about 30 min from Disney World, Orlando International Airport, and Lake Nona Medical City. You will get your own unfurnished 11’x10’ bedroom and access to the guest bathroom. The room is for single-occupancy only with no pets (sorry), no smoking, and no overnight guest allowed. You will share the bathroom when I have guest or a second roommate. You will have access to the shared living space (Kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room with washer and dryer). You will have access to our driveway parking. Street parking is an option too. High speed internet and utilities included.

I am a medical professional working at Osceola Regional Medical Center. I am a shift worker, so my schedule can be unpredictable. Therefore, I prefer a roommate who is clean, quiet, and professional. You will be living with myself, my wife, and my 2 cats, so it would be best if you are not allergic to cats! I like to do brazilian jiu jitsu, target shooting, or just watching movies and TV shows to relax.
