West Badger Court

This is a lovely golf course community in Surprise, not age restricted but very quite and no children live her. I have two dogs and that is why I do not allow pets. The room is large bedroom, nicely furnished with it’s own private bathroom with a tub and a shower, that you can access from the bedroom. Large closet, small walk in. you can access the room easily. I pay for the electric, water and WIFI and Cable TV. The room has a TV. The home is very close to Arrowhead Mall and many Restaurants, shops and banks.

I am the only person living on the property with my two dogs. They r small and very well behaved but if you don’t like dogs or are allergic, this is not the place for you. I do not allow smoking in my home or liquor. No weapons allowed in this home. If you have boxes or other things that will not fit in your room they can be stored in the garage. I am 65 and I work part time. You will be responsible to keep your room and bath clean but if you want to pay 50 extra every two weeks I will clean it The home has a very nice covered patio and it has a large yard well kept..
