The room is a furnished suite and is a non-smoking / alcohol free and drug free furnished As-Is suite with a queen sized bed , six drawer dresser, book shelf, and a desk and a 65“ Samsung Flat screen TV and a night stand and two lamps, a walk-in closet and private bathroom. One month’s rent and security deposit is required prior to the move-in date. Lease term are 6-12 months. If I agree to hold the room for a tenant for two or more weeks and you desire not to move in at the end of that month you will be required to give up your security deposit to hold the room. I want to be perfectly clear If you choose not to honor the agreement. Again you will loose your deposit! Interested applicant may have to complete a criminal/credit background check. CJ

The type of roommate that I prefer is a quiet non-smoker / drug free type that knows how to keep their room clean. A roommate that has a nice personality and a sense of humor and is again clean. If you want me to hold the room for 2 or more weeks. There will be a required deposit to hold the space and if you want to move in at the end of the month or the following 1st of the month and you decide to renege on your verbal agreement. You will loose your total deposit! Be it completely clear so there will be no misunderstandings!!!
