Banking close by with choices of Wells Fargo or Chase. Street parking always available. The available room is medium sized fits a full sized bed and dresser with room to walk around. You will have your own bathroom. You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and yard. Three references from previous rentals are required.

I am a single mom of an 13 year old girl. I work from home full time. We are quiet bunch and very respectful of our roomies. I do have a very lovable, affectionate, calm, senior dog. She is in a kennel when we are away from home. Prefer a college student or an older roomie.
