About the room
I have a room available to rent in my house, with a flexible move-in of August or September. You will have a good-size bedroom (13’ by 9’) and hall bath to yourself, as well as a carport parking spot in my quiet Dobson Ranch neighborhood. Neighborhood amenities include multiple pools, tennis courts, parks, etc. We are minutes from two major highways (101 & 60) to zip you wherever you need to go.
Washer and dryer are freely accessible. We have a large open kitchen/dining area, comfy living room with a 60“ smart TV, and big private backyard.
Rent is $650 due the first of the month, plus 1/2 electric bill monthly (I will cover the wi-fi, water/trash, and landscaping costs), as well as a $500 refundable deposit to secure the room. Sorry, no more pets and no couples. LGBTQ friendly!
