This is a non smoking property, for non smokers only. Flexible duration, minimum is a 2 months, lease up fee of $50 is waived for 4 to 12 month duration. Security deposit is required. Share guest bathroom, maximum 3 full time working/schooling non smoking adults in suite. A guest entry/dining area is with pictured kitchenette, no full use of kitchen. Present is a full refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, toaster oven, microwave. Home is monitored by ADT and Ring. Minutes to a fabulous hot deli with a plethora of Latin/Caribbean options favored by many locals along with great restaurants just outside the community Target, Walmart, Winn Dixie markets, I75 and 301 are mere minutes to get anywhere in the bay.

ID, mortgage papers and lease papers are exchanged with flexible length (2-12 months). Lease up fee is $50 waived if longer than a 4 months contract term. A driveway space is included, cars on premise are to be in good/sound /complete condition. Cars needing a facelift is not permissible on premises, neighbors will make a complaint. Home is for those that choose to live with other people because we enjoy others because we learn faster with other people and also can assist each other is small ways for example I have small projects that a handyman can be paid for completing. Home is 65 in winter and 76 in summer, utilities and WiFi is included. If you want the home above 65 in the winter you have option to pay the difference of $75 added to the monthly rent in winter months. In summer months home is 76 degrees, no lower. All rooms have ceiling fans. I’m straight forward and a relatively quiet house mate overall, often on my lab top. I’m well traveled and like to learn and garden. I have a preference for female housemates but will make the exception for a male that tidys well after himself.
