A 10ft x 10ft bedroom, unfurnished (do have some furniture if needed, with increase of security deposit), with laminate flooring, full closet. Shared bathroom, with double sinks; with another door separating the toilet and shower/bath from the vanity/sinks. Our home in Brentwood Park is one story, shy of 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac, across the street from a park. Included: Access to laundry room and kitchen; pg&e/water/garbage; access to wi-fi. The bedroom does have outlets/plugs for cable and landline phone; you’ll have to pay for these if you need/want them. Shopping very close (i.e. WinCo, Target, Best Buy, Starbucks, etc.). Close/easy access to Hwy 4.

Roomies - people and pets… We are an easy going family of four (husband-wife, over 50, husband employed, wife unemployed; twin boys, 18, employed and set to start LMC). We have a bird (not obnoxious/loud; loves people), three dogs, and a couple chickens - might share fresh eggs, yum! Cannot accept any pets, sorry - we have plenty! 😉 And they are all very friendly/spoiled. 😊
