You can live in this peaceful quaint upstairs barn studio apartment and enjoy peace and quiet with fresh country air in this lovely 24 acre farm. This is very convenient to everything; only about 1 to 3 miles from Walmart , Aldi, Brookshires, CVS, UT, TJC, and 2 major hospitals in Tyler. You will not have any roomies in this building. Downstairs is as a common area. Water and electric is paid up to $30 each per month. Anything higher will be charged to you. Enjoy living in a farm , garden ,go fishing at the stocked pond and or feed the donkeys You will also be invited to a weekly or monthly bible study and fellowship, and learn about Jesus and how to live and follow Him. If you have extra time and want to work in the farm, we can talk about it. If you are female and prefer a furnished, an even nicer space and all bills paid, I have a cedar farmhouse cabin loft nearby, where I live. Call me if you are interested.

I am a young at heart grandma and retired early from a great healthcare job so I can devote my life for the Lord. I am privileged to steward this wonderful farm which is a gift from the Lord . I would love to share this gift with others as we plan on creating a small home community here in the farm in obedience to His precepts. All my children are all grown but I do get to take care of my beautiful grandchildren every so often I want to be able to take care of other children who have lost their parents . I am training for foster care to adopt and hoping that I will be ready for them in about 6 to 12 mos., God willing. The person who will live with me in the furnished house, I hope will be of the same mind and heart and all other things and I am flexible. If you like the idea of tiny homes in the farm, you might just catch the first opportunity, as it is in the plan, God willing.
