The apartment is 2 Bed-2Bath, 1550 sqft and Vaastu compliant. The house is fully furnished with TV ( all Indian channels available),Kitchen Utensils,Dish-washer,Refrigerator,Oven,Microwave, Washer and Dryer.Amenities to be shared:Water,Wifi,Electricity,Trash and rented Washer-Dryer. Total utilities will be divided by 2 or 3,so for each person it may cost you an additional 50-75 $ max.
About the roomies
Currently we are 2 people, husband and wife ,occupying 1 bedroom and bath and require either 2 females or 1 single / family to share another single bedroom and bath alongwith the mentioned amenities. Should share the electric and other utilities as well. We are very friendly and cordial. Rent: $395 each Female(2 females) or $750(Single occupant or family) ,with Initial Deposit of 1 month Accommodation. Available on 1st-come-1st Basis. You will be added to lease agreement as well.
